Travel options booked with flightjourney.online (referred to as “Website” hereafter) are subject to the conditions and terms mentioned below:

Booking Policies

  • Tickets booked on the website are mostly non-refundable unless specified or mentioned otherwise during the reservation process (on the booking page) or on the confirmation email (after completing the booking).
  • Bookings made for travel originating from Canada can be canceled without any charges if canceled on the same date as the reservation.
  • Travelers must ensure that they fully understand the online check-in policy and change or cancellation policy at the time of making reservations, as some airlines allow check-in even within 4 to 6 hours of flight departure, while others require online check-in to be completed a maximum of 24 hours before departure.
  • Travel changes and cancellations are subject to penalties and fare differences (for changes only). Please refer to the flight cancellation and change policy at the time of making the reservation.
  • All baggage fees, unaccompanied minor fees, and fees for pets can be paid at the airport.
  • Seat selection is often chargeable depending on the ticket purchased. A confirmed reservation may guarantee a seat on the flight but may not guarantee an exact seat number.

Payment and Verification

  • Card payments are subject to verification that may require matching billing phone numbers and addresses as registered with the bank/provider. Payments might get declined due to a non-match of such information.
  • International cards may attract additional transaction charges, confirmed by the customer’s bank or card provider. Cards issued within Canada attract no extra charges; the booking amount is final for cards issued in Canada.
  • During the verification of payment information, customers might be asked to provide copies of the credit card along with signed authorization forms and ID proof to ensure the actual credit card holder is authorizing the transactions and to prevent fraud.

Site Usage & Ticket Purchase

You warrant that the user of the site is at least 18 years of age and has the legal authority to enter into an agreement and to use the website in accordance with all conditions and terms mentioned herein. You also agree and confirm to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website (as well as for the use of your account by another person). The responsibility for bookings made by persons under your direction or control lies with you.

You also warrant that all the details (information) provided by you or on your behalf, or by members of your household in using the website, are correct and accurate. You understand and agree that overuse (i.e., using this website for commercial purposes) or abuse of the travel services and booking facilities of the website may result in you being permanently denied access to such services/facilities.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works, reproduce, transfer, re-sell, access, or monitor any information/content/products of this website using any software or techniques or any manual or automated means for any purpose without our written consent. You also agree not to violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this site or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this site.

In case you are found violating any of the above policy or prohibitions, we reserve the right to terminate or cancel your account or booking with our website.

Changes and Cancellations

All prices, terms and conditions, and policies of the sale may be subject to change without notice. In case of such changes, you will be notified before the completion of your payment/booking.

Schedule changes, cancellations due to natural calamity, or supplier’s (airlines) cancellations are subject to the policies of the supplier (airlines). We cannot be held responsible for such effects taking place; however, we provide unbiased support to our customers for arranging alternate options for getting refunds (please check the refund policy on a different page of this website).

Ticket prices, seating, eligibility, change, or cancellation policies are subject to supplier’s (airlines) terms and conditions. By using this site, you confirm and agree to those policies.

The reservations are not guaranteed in case the payment transaction is not completed on the credit card.

Responsibility

Travelers are not eligible for refunds or compensation if they miss their flight due to delays in arriving at the airport. No-shows may not be eligible for a refund; however, it is always at the airline's discretion to grant waivers. There may be penalties and fare differences involved in rebooking such tickets.

The contract between you and the relevant travel supplier (airline) will relate only to those service elements confirmed by email with ticket numbers in case of air bookings.

Travelers must ensure that they fully understand the passport or passport validity, visa requirements, transit requirements, and eligibility before completing the reservation process. It is the traveler’s (customer’s) responsibility if you are denied boarding, delayed, or deported due to non-fulfillment of requirements mentioned above. You may not be eligible for refunds in such situations. We do not advise on passport validity, visa, and transit requirements and eligibility; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for not providing this information at the time of confirming your reservation.

Governments of some countries may levy entry/exit fees, depending on your destination. By using our site, you understand and agree to these charges, even if they are not mentioned at the time of making the reservation. These are solely the traveler’s responsibility and will be additional to your booking charges.

Service Fees

All bookings are subject to a service fee component that is included in your reservations. The service fee is non-refundable in case of cancellations. You may confirm the service fee during the booking process by calling our call center.

Price Guarantee

Price guarantee after payment is processed: Once your payment has been processed, we guarantee to honor the final quoted price of the tickets regardless of any changes in price.

Flight Overbooking

Certain situations may arise when the flight may be overbooked, and chances occur in such situations that the seat will not be available to all passengers. The airlines usually ask for volunteers to cancel in exchange for compensation that they (airlines) deem fit at that moment. If there are not enough volunteers, then the airline may deny boarding to other persons in accordance with its boarding priority.

Persons denied boarding involuntarily are entitled to compensation from the airline. This compensation has a few exceptions, including failure to comply with the carrier's check-in deadline (which is available upon request from the air carrier).

These consumer protections for travel from some foreign countries might not be applicable with some airlines; however, other consumer protections may be available.
