We highly recommend that you thoroughly review and accept the cancellation policy before booking your flight. By using the services on www.flightjourney.online, you automatically agree to the cancellation terms of your booking.

Cancellation Request

  • A cancellation request must be notified via phone only. Phone cancellations are only considered accepted and confirmed after you receive an acknowledgment in writing confirming that your cancellation request has been accepted and processed.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests over email or chat unless you have received an acknowledgment from us in writing confirming that your cancellation request has been accepted and processed.
  • The cancellation request is accepted only after we send you an email confirming that the cancellation request has been accepted and processed.

Refund Policies

  • Partially flown – Half Flown journeys are completely non-refundable.
  • Tickets are non-transferable under all circumstances.
  • On a fully unused non-refundable ticket, the passenger might be eligible for a small amount of refund from taxes, depending on the cancellation policy of the flight reservation. Please note that all taxes are refundable. In some cases, the airlines may charge a processing fee to process your refund, in which case your due amount exceeds the refund value.
  • Most discounted tickets are non-refundable. In some cases, the airlines charge a cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy of your reservation, which may usually vary between (but not limited to) £0-400 GBP or as advised on your e-ticket.

Refund Timeline

Refunds: It can take up to 60 to 90 days for you to receive a refund from the day we send you the confirmation receipt of your cancellation request.

Cancellation Details

  • Cancellation on Same Day of Booking: You can simply cancel the booking by completing the cancellation process before 23:59 hrs on the same calendar date as you booked. Completion of the process would mean that you have received an acknowledgment confirming that your cancellation request has been processed. There are no charges to cancel on the same day except a £15 service fee that is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation in Case of No Show: All tickets are non-refundable in case of no-show unless otherwise specified in your tickets or if the airlines permit a change or cancellation.
  • Cancellation After Same Day of Booking: If the calendar date has passed (on which the flight was booked), the cancellation request can be accepted as long as the cancellation policy of your reservation allows you to cancel your flights, permitted only up to 24 hours from the time of your departure date.
  • Cancellation on the Day of Travel: Most airlines do not permit same-day cancellations on discounted tickets; in some cases, airlines may permit cancellation; however, the discretion lies solely with the airlines.
